Supervision Services
Technical support for equipment operation in the presence of defect, including identification of the type, cause, and risk level of the defect.
Technical support (monitoring transformer condition) during the warranty period of operation.
Refurbishment, retrofitting, and installation of transformers stored on the customer’s site for extended periods.
Transformer Diagnostics:
Conducting equipment diagnostics either in-house or with the involvement of power system laboratories and third-party organizations.
Assessment of the necessity and scope of repair works, evaluation of wear and technical condition of all transformer components to extend service life, and preparation of a defect and fault map.
Training of the Customer’s Operational Personnel
Technical Supervision of Installation (Chief Installation) and Commissioning of New Transformers
- Acceptance of equipment delivered from the factory to the customer site, review and resolution of any issues related to completeness and supply quality.
- Technical oversight (consultation and support) of works performed by the installation organization’s specialists or the customer’s operational personnel.
- Quality control of the completed installation.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and verification of all tests as required by regulations and normative documents.
- Inspection and supervision of commissioning activities, including operation of the cooling and protection systems, and transformer relay systems.
- Oversight of transformer acceptance tests.
- Preparation of a detailed technical report.
Technical Supervision of Transformer Overhaul Works
- Assessment of the transformer’s technical condition based on the results of electrical parameter tests and transformer oil analysis.
- Development and approval of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Technical oversight (consultation and support) of work performed by the repair organization’s specialists or the customer’s personnel in accordance with the PEP.
- Quality control of repair works.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and verification of all tests required by regulations and normative documents.
- Adjustment of the PEP based on the assessment of transformer components or measurement results.
- Inspection and direct supervision of the transformer active part overhaul.
- Monitoring and verification of the operation of switching devices.
- Oversight of post-repair transformer testing.
- Summarizing the repair process and preparation of a detailed technical report.
